Don Jaworski

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, he brings more than 30 years of product, engineering and executive management experience to SwiftStack and will leverage this expertise to chart the company’s continued growth strategy. His career includes past executive positions with NetApp, Brocade, Ipsilon Networks (Nokia) and Sun Microsystems (Oracle). Don received a B.S. in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Joe Arnold

Joe founded SwiftStack to deploy high-scale, open-source cloud storage systems using OpenStack. He managed the first public OpenStack launch of Swift independent of Rackspace, and has subsequently deployed multiple large-scale cloud storage systems. He is currently building tools to deploy and manage OpenStack Swift with his firm, SwiftStack.

Anders Tjernlund

Chief Operating Officer

Anders Tjernlund is the COO and co-founder of SwiftStack, Inc. Prior to co-founding SwiftStack, Anders built and ran operations teams at BEA Systems, Engine Yard and other venture backed companies. He was also an EIR at El Dorado Ventures and has advised and consulted for several open-source companies in the cloud and enterprise infrastructure space.

Orion Auld

Orion is VP of Engineering at SwiftStack, Inc.. Previously, he was Director of Engineering at SideReel, Inc., and before that, a Senior Agile Coach with Yahoo, Inc., where he helped engineering groups in Silicon Valley, Dallas, Orlando, Hong Kong, and Bangalore grapple with the process of building quality software. Orion has written software at companies such as Digital Chocolate, Idealab, and Convex Computer Corporation.

Bert Condensa

Vice President of Sales

Bert is VP of Sales at SwiftStack and brings more than 20 years of sales, sales management, and executive experience. He has previously led sales teams at Cisco Systems, MetaCloud and was a General Manager at Datalink. Bert was co-founder of Helio Solutions in 2001 and helped grow the company from zero revenue to $100M before it's successful acquisition to a publicly traded System Integrator. He also brings experience from sales roles at BEA and Sun Microsystems. Bert received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Economics from University of San Francisco.

Mario Blandini

Mario is Chief Evangelist at SwiftStack, Inc. Passionate about disruption, he has previously lead marketing teams for Storage technology companies including Brocade, Drobo, and HGST. Mario has also deployed infrastructure in technical roles at Rhapsody Networks (now Brocade), Sanrise (now EMC), Adaptec, and the United States Marine Corps.

Navin Chaddha

Navin is responsible for the overall leadership of Mayfield Fund, and has made over 35 investments of which 12 have had IPOs and another 12 have been acquired. Notable investments include Akamai, Neopath Networks (Cisco Systems), StorSimple (Microsoft), and Zenprise (Citrix). Prior to Mayfield, Navin was founder and CTO of VXtreme which was acquired by Microsoft to become Windows Media, and served in various management roles at Microsoft after the acquisition. He was also co-founder of iBeam Broadcasting (NASDAQ IPO), CEO and founder of Rivio (acquired by CPA2Biz), and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Mobius Venture Capital.
Navin holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, holds 35 patents, and serves on the advisory board of Stanford Engineering Venture Fund.

Prior to joining OpenView, he was President and CFO of Endeca Technologies which was acquired by Oracle in 2011. Dan is Operating Partner at OpenView Venture Partners. OpenView is the leading venture capital firm that singularly focuses on expansion stage enterprise software companies.

Ryan Floyd

Ryan is a founding Managing Director of Storm Ventures, and focuses on enterprise IT and web opportunities. Notable investments include Crowd Factory (Marketo), Appcelerator, Kidaro (Microsoft), and SandForce (LSI). Prior to founding Storm Ventures, Ryan directed the business development activities at E-TEK Dynamics where he focused on building strategic OEM and customer relationships until E-TEK merged with JDS Uniphase in 2000. Prior to joining E-TEK, Ryan was with Summit Partners, a private equity firm, where he focused primarily on IT, including Summit’s investment in E-TEK Dynamics in July 1997. Ryan received his B.S. and M.S. in Earth Systems from Stanford University.

Pankaj is a renowned technology executive with a twenty year tenure at Cisco, retiring last fall as their EVP and Chief Development Officer. Prior to Cisco, he held senior management positions at Redback, Stratacom, Apollo Computer/HP, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Pankaj currently serves on the Board of Directors at E8 Security, Versa Networks, and Presidio Inc. Pankaj holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.
